This chocolate enthusiast and lover of good products embarked on the CHOCOLATE CRIOLLOS adventure in October 2019 after having worked with major chocolate makers in France and Switzerland.

Always looking for a delicate balance of flavors, he uses refined ingredients in his preparations, unearthed from producers recognized for the quality of their products. As a member of the “Club des Chocolatiers Engagés”, the chocolatier undertakes with this label alongside cocoa producers to offer a chocolate of choice, of irreproachable quality, and at a fair remunerative price for the cooperatives.

You will discover the many flavors of chocolate: the delicacy and subtlety of homemade chocolate bars and candies from cocoa of various origins and selected by him. Several sizes of boxes are available to you with a range of 28 chocolates to taste.

The chocolate maker from La Rochelle also received last October the "award of mastery" - a distinction which places him among the 10 new French talents - by the prestigious "Guide des Croqueurs de chocolats" (book listing the best chocolate makers in France).
