L'Oliv'Ré: Farmer, olive grower, on the Ile de Ré, my passion for the olive tree led me to create L'OLIV'RÉ. As an extension, I created the Label des HUILES DU MONDE in order to highlight rare and exceptional terroirs in the most beautiful regions. Les HUILES DU MONDE is to make you discover unique oils, which reflect the character and the different aromas of each land. The Domaine De L'Île Aux Oliviers in Sainte Marie De Ré is the first organic olive-growing estate on the Atlantic coast on the ILE DE RÉ.

La Nina domain: Nestled in the heart of the Catalan Mountains, Domaine La Nina is a small olive grove of olive trees of 100% Arbequina variety in organic conversion, some of which are centenarians. very difficult to access, olive trees were planted in the last century, cascading over twenty terraces. This olive-growing area has shaped the mountainside. The particularity of the estate is that it is located in the TERRES D'EBRE classified by UNESCO as a BIOSPHERE RESERVE, thanks to this unique place, the olive trees take advantage of the freshness and humidity of the mountain night and very hot sunshine during the day.

Product: Our olives are picked at the turning point which gives them a fruity taste with a pleasant length in the mouth and an astringent aftertaste, this is typical of an oil with a mountain character. The olives are picked by hand and are pressed every day directly at the mill in order to preserve all the power of the aroma as well as the polyphenols which are very important for health. Domaine la Nina produces a 100% natural extra virgin oil that will enhance the elegance of your dishes!
