In the heart of Saintonge, Mr. Boutinon founded this confectionery-chocolate factory in 1898, in the historic center of Saint-Jean-d'Angély. Over the years, it has become an Angérienne institution.

In 2018, Mr. Joguet took over this brand and continues the traditions ; including the famous broken wood created in 1904. Indeed, the one and only real broken wood is indeed “À La Rosière” in Saint-Jean-d'Angély. This sugar-based confectionery is light, tender and crunchy at the same time.

Artisanal coffee roasting is one of the many strengths of this brand, you will discover a selection of green coffees from great original vintages.
