Les Huîtres Moissenot

Auréliano Moissenot is an oyster farmer in the municipality of Marennes-Hiers-Brouage. He raises oysters in the pertuis charentais and refines them in clear in the Marais de Brouage.

The oyster hut is located in the heart of the marshes of Brouage, at the foot of the ramparts of the royal citadel where it can receive you any year round by appointment.
