    • At the entrance to the Île d'Oléron at Château-d'Oléron,Bernard Montauzier invites you to discover its salt marsh and its traditional know-how.

      You will find his wife Sophie in their old black and yellow oyster shack on the harbor.

      She will make you discover the products of their marsh, sea salt, fleur de sel, flavored salts and also samphire, prawns and oysters.

      All their productions are AB certified.

    I always go to this gentleman's shop because I know they are his own products and he is pleasant. The samphire in vinegar is killer and I bought some velouté, I can’t wait to taste it
