  So the positive: The person at the reception was very nice and managed to upgrade our room for my birthday. The area of the restaurant and bar is very pleasant and nicely decorated. The breakfast is perfect, there is everything for everyone et everything is good. Some of the spa treats are nice. The facial that I had was good. The person at the pool was very nice. The negative: we booked a parcours marin and the water supposed to be hot but it was too cold. We were cold for 40 minutes in the water. I mentionned it to the lady who was organising this session but she didn't react much about it and we had ti pay it full. The decoration of the room is none, it's very disappointed for the price, you would expect something nice but it looks like an Ibis Budget to be honest. Some efforts should be made. The pool also has a feeling of a public pool with the bikes on the side and all a bit cold in the decoration.

  Best hotel with a wonderful location! Lara is a star and such a lovely, smiley person. We can’t wait to come back!

  Location is amazing. Lobby and restaurant have been revamped and are lovely. Service is slow… pool area is a disgrace for this type of hotel and need a total makeover (see picture)
