A family soap factory since 2014

It is with family and in a good mood that Loix et Savons formulates hypoallergenic cosmetics, from natural and local products. Marie-Paule is an engineer in cosmetic perfumery and she develops recipes that are as respectful of the skin as they are of the environment. With natural, delicate fragrances, mild soaps, solid or liquid shampoos (and biodegradable) are quite simply an invitation to take care of yourself!

For the realization of their soaps, Loix et Savons selects several natural ingredients with the greatest care. The additions of fatty substances (oils and butters), active ingredients (honey, donkey milk, goat milk, algae...) and fragrances, retain all their properties because they are not heated during the manufacturing process soap. This method requires time and know-how, the recipes are tested over and over again to achieve a very pure result that is perfectly tolerated by the epidermis, even the most fragile atopic skin and those of babies. The magic of these soaps is their softness during use and also afterwards. Their superfatting properties leave a film on the skin giving it softness and protection: no need to add cream after the shower, the skin remains supple, silky and of course, perfectly clean! Saves time and energy, especially for children, doesn't it?

Handcrafted soaps for the whole family

There are as many soaps as there are skin types and needs. The bars of soap come from a long tradition and a thousand-year-old know-how, from the 4 corners of the globe. Aleppo soaps, olive oil, argan oil, shea, all civilizations have their soap traditions! Loix et Savons happily uses fresh, non-freeze-dried and organic donkey milk, you can't go wrong because a pretty donkey's head is engraved on the soap next to the company stamp! Donkey's milk is the one whose composition most closely resembles breast milk. It is perfect for sensitive skin because its softness prevents itching, tightness... In winter, it is particularly recommended to overcome the heated atmospheres of our homes which can lead to redness and eczema. Loix et Savons use donkey milk from the Ile de Ré, 100% local. The donkeys of Île de Ré are raised in conditions that respect their well-being and their way of life in the heart of nature. Without palm oil, but with the addition of moisturizing elements such as sweet almond oil, coconut oil, or shea butter, these soaps are to be used from head to toe.
