Founded in 1848 by the BARRAUD family, our house "LA PÂTISSERIE BEURLAY" was one of the first to offer real charentaise pancakes, expertly scented with a touch of angelica. Since then, four generations have succeeded each other to make this company one of the flagships of Charente-Maritime. The Charentaise pancake is our specialty and we wanted to keep the traditions to deliver a tender pastry. A real moment of pleasure.
