At La Tremblade, available at any time of the year, two pretty 55 m2 holiday homes, single storey with sunny, enclosed terrace and garden. Located in a quiet environment, less than 2 km from the city center, all amenities and the daily market, close to the beaches and Ronce-les-Bains.

The first ideal for couples has a beautiful bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. A large bathroom with vanity unit, walk-in shower and wc. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, comfortable and bright dining room.

The second can accommodate 2 to 4 people, it consists of two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm bed. A large bathroom with vanity unit, walk-in shower and wc. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, comfortable and bright dining room.

Equipment : free WIFI connection, TV, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, barbecue , garden furniture, sun loungers...

Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed.

Prices and availability :
From June to September and during the school holidays, rental is possible by the week only (from 450€ to 800€ per week). The rest of the year, 2 to 4 nights minimum depending on the period (from 55€ to 100€ per night).

• 25% deposit on booking.
• Local tourist tax to be paid on site on the day of your arrival.
• Security deposit of 400€ returned on the day of your departure.
• Cleaning deposit of 80€ returned on the day of your departure if the maintenance is well carried out.
• Bed and bathroom linen are not provided, paying option possible on request : sheets 20€ / bed and towels 20€ for 2 people.
