In La Tremblade, available year-round, are two charming 55 ^m² single-story holiday homes with sunny, enclosed terraces and gardens. Located in a quiet area, less than 2 km from the town centre, all amenities and the daily market, and close to the beaches and Ronce-les-Bains.

The first apartment, ideal for a couple, features a lovely bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. There is a large bathroom with a vanity unit, walk-in shower, and toilet. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a bright and comfortable living and dining room.

The second unit can accommodate 2 to 4 people and consists of two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed. There is a large bathroom with a vanity unit, walk-in shower, and toilet. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a bright and comfortable living and dining room.

Amenities: free WIFI connection, TV, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers…

Non-smoking house. No pets allowed.

Prices and availability:
From June to September and during school holidays, rentals are only available by the week (from €450 to €800 per week). The rest of the year, a minimum stay of 2 to 4 nights is required, depending on the period (from €55 to €100 per night).

• A 25% deposit is required upon booking.
• Local tourist tax to be paid on site on the day of your arrival.
• A security deposit of €400 will be returned on the day of your departure.
• A cleaning deposit of €80 will be refunded on the day of your departure if the cleaning is done properly.
• Bed linen and bath linen are not provided, a paid option is available on request: sheets €20/bed and towels €20 for 2 people.
