The Vallein Tercinier family welcomes visitors to discover the principle of distillation, the magic of an aging cellar, and the rich aromas of Cognac through the ages.

Georges Vallein would no doubt be happy to see that his Domaine continues to perpetuate the tradition of Cognac and that those who come there experience a moment of happiness.

The charm of old stone, the comfort of good walls that keep the house cool, the peace and quiet of the countryside – this is what the Vallein Tercinier family wants to share. That's why they created holiday cottages.

The cellar master selects the eaux-de-vie that will be aged, reduced, and used in the blends. He is always looking to the future and must anticipate. For a cognac to age well and be good, it must be planned 20 years in advance!

For 6 generations, the Vallein Tercinier family has been running the Forges estate in Chermignac.

Specializing in Cognac, Pineau des Charentes and the creation of liqueurs and cocktails, the motto remains the same: Produce GOOD products, respect tradition, nature and those who trust us.

After the visit, the tasting (for those who are not driving!) allows you to discover an aroma and a taste based on the words.

Appointments are required for the full tour ; tastings are available without an appointment. Guided tours are free.
