    This beach is marvelous! I have seen many french beaches on the Atlantic coast, but the colour of the water here is just amazing…so clean and crystal clear. Don’t lose your hope if you arrive here in the morning and see that the ocean is extremely far away and the water is not so clear. You will see its real beauty after 2-3 pm.

    Very cosy, clean, and shallow beach, very safe as a team of lifeguards is present for almost all the day long; great waves for basic surfing (for kids) as well. Loved it!

    This beach is one of the nearest from the bridge and located near the village of Dolus-d'Oleron. There's a reasonable amount of parking but no doubt it's a squeeze at peak season. From the car park...

    Large range so you don't have to sit on top of each other. We bathed in the “supervised” area which is well secured. The waves are there for the enjoyment of children.
