    • The diving center "Oléron Plongée - Les Joyeux Corsaires" welcomes you to explore the seabed of the island of Oléron in a friendly, family atmosphere.

      Our activities are open to everyone in order to introduce the marine world to as many people as possible (introductory dives, initiations, training, exploration of rocks and wrecks) departing from Chaucre beach or the port of La Côtinière.

      We invite you to discover, better understand and protect the ocean and the coastline through moments of exchange and sharing. around marine biology and ecology.

      Dive times and locations are established according to the tides and weather.

    First freediving trip with this club. Well organized, the equipment provided was excellent, and the dive site was lovely. I recommend it.

    A very friendly captain who skillfully navigates and guides you through diverse underwater landscapes. An exceptional diver, she expertly guides you and contributes to your training with both skill and kindness. Her Zodiac boat trip is a source of genuine laughter and good humor, and sometimes, when she encounters the pod of bottlenose dolphins at Maumusson, everyone is ecstatic. Carole doesn't hesitate to make a detour to witness the delight. Wrecks and rocky seabeds offer fascinating marine life for those who know where to look! I highly recommend it, having been a regular since the 2025 season.
