  Very disappointed with the transfer organization. We booked a day trip between Île d'Oléron and La Rochelle. We were asked to arrive 30 minutes before departure, only for the departure to actually be 20 minutes late. All cruise departures are from the same location, with no signs to clearly mark the correct departure point. This led to many mistakes, as boarding is possible at two different locations depending on the tides. A day that started off peaceful quickly became stressful due to this lack of information, signs, etc. And when you ask for information at the harbor master's office, you get the sense that you're bothering them and that the staff have already repeated the same information 30 times. On the positive side, the boat crew were very friendly.
