Located near the Phare des Baleines lighthouse, 5 minutes from La Conche beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Île de Ré, the residence is also 400 meters from the wild coastline (ideal for walks and shore fishing ). Close to cycle paths, tennis courts, mini-golf, an equestrian center, and the Lilleau de Niges nature reserve in Les Portes-en-Ré.

The residence is 5 minutes from the centre of Saint-Clément, where you will find shops ( grocery store, bakery, newsagent/tobacconist, wine shop ), restaurants and a daily market in summer.
All our rentals are equipped with fiber optic internet, flat-screen TVs, kitchens with cooktops, microwave and conventional ovens, refrigerators/freezers, washing machines, and dishwashers. A small BBQ is available on each terrace.

To make your stay enjoyable, each rental has a private terrace, equipped with garden furniture including a table and sun loungers, overlooking the heated and secure swimming pool.
The size of the residence ( only 3 rentals ) will allow you to enjoy the swimming pool reserved for tenants.

Lilleau des Niges offers you:

• On the ground floor : a large living room opening onto your private terrace opposite the swimming pool, a bathroom with toilet and shower,
• Upstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a view of the lighthouse, a bathroom, a separate WC and a cabin bedroom with bunk beds.

There are many cycle paths near the residence, discover the marshes by bike heading towards the Lilleau des Niges reserve, or the old salt port of Portes-en-Ré or the Trousse Chemise wood.
In the evening, the wild coast, 400m away, will allow you to take walks along the seawall, enjoying fabulous sunsets over the ocean or to practice shore fishing.
Relax on La Conche beach, one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches on the island.
Enjoy the lighthouse area with its restaurants and shops, but above all, be sure to try an ice cream from La Martinière !!
