    Discovered this place thanks to the Jonzac Tourist Office. Recommended booking (very easy). A good 1 hour 30 minutes/45 minutes tour with Thomas that day. Clear and interesting explanations about the whisky and cognac production process. If the explanations aren't entirely clear, videos help clarify things. To finish, a tasting with tips for those unfamiliar with whisky and cognac.

    We took the distillery tour, an extraordinary experience. Thomas led the tour at a great pace. A fantastic guide! I highly recommend visiting this distillery.
