At the Miniature Port of Saint Savinien-sur-Charente , become long-term captains by piloting real ships built on the scale of children!
Come and experience the original adventure imagined 30 years ago by a marine carpenter. Choose from 18 models reduced models of fishing and commercial vessels, old and new. Take a seat at the controls of a cargo ship, Mississippi steamer, tugboat, ferry or sardine boat... and cruise the lake before discovering the small and large channel.
On the way, you will cross beacons, a lighthouse, a crane, a tidal mill, you will sail under the Japanese footbridge, the Chinese bridge, and even under the San Francisco bridge!
Children over 9 years old can drive the tugboats alone, children under 9 years old must be accompanied by one or two adults. As this nautical attraction is intended for children, adults board only to accompany young sailors.
On the island with its ancient rides, children rediscover the pleasures of the holidays of yesteryear and have fun in the inflatable playground.
The miniature port is open on Sundays and public holidays in May, June and September. Open every day from 10h30 to 18h30 in July and August.
The Freshwater Sailors' Bistro offers snack packages on the terrace of the miniature port every lunchtime in July and August.
The attractions can be closed in case of bad weather.
