  Island surf school is a one of a kind learning experience. I have been to numerous surf schools but Clement has really made something special here. Your length of time in the water surfing is prioritised so it is great value for money. The instructors are passionate about people having a great time and improving their skills. A fantastic learning environment and a great time! Highest of recommendations all the way from Australia. Thanks again Clem.

  Loved every moment. Both instructors were engaged and polite and all the participants in my lesson got to their feet. The walk through the forest was beautiful to say the least and even better clement supplied us with a set of wheels for everyone to carry their boards. 10/10 would recommend in comparison to my other experiences with other surf schools.

  I had a great experience surfing with the Island Surf School team. I've just moved to France from Hong Kong and the Philippines and was looking for a place to start exploring the surf here. The team made it really easy to book a lesson based on the best conditions for the weekend. They also tailored the lesson for me and my husband to get the most out of it as intermediate surfers looking to improve on things like wave selection and technique. They also helped me survive my first cold water surf while making sure I got stoked too. I highly recommend them and my husband and I loved Ile d'Oléron and we can't wait to go back and surf with them again soon!
