Pointe de Gatseau Nature Reserves in Saint-Georges-d'Oléron

The Pointe du Gatseau is located at the southern end of the island of Oléron. It delimits the strait of Pertuis de Maumusson and faces the Pointe Espagnole of the Arvert peninsula. To get there, you must cross the Forest of Saint-Trojan-les-Bains . To get there, the Saint-Trojan tourist train is a fun and pleasant mode of transport.
