La Rochelle meeting point, the spot was set up by a Rochelais duo: Anne Drillaud and Olivia Duff.
Aperta is a short, evolving and seasonal menu. Pretty plates with varied, gourmet influences, and to share (or not). A market spirit on Wednesday and Saturday lunchtimes and a groovy intimate atmosphere in the evenings from Tuesday to Saturday. Every ten days a new à la carte, enough to stop by chance to test the latest nuggets. All concocted by a young pair of enthusiasts that you can see when passing in front of the open kitchen.
On the wine side: a selection of natural, biodynamic, conventional and foreign wines.
Nice references that change often, in the same spirit as the dining menu.
