A local artisanal production
Some of our chocolates are made in our shop on the Île de Ré, using noble products: pure cocoa butter, without palm oil, from a French supplier with its own plantations. The chocolate candies contain 72% cocoa and the bars 85% and 99% cocoa. The use of local products is favoured, especially for the ganaches made from fleur de sel from the Ile de Ré.
