It is in his workshop-boutique, in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, that Thomas Pontacq, artisan chocolatier, and his team welcome you. This chocolate enthusiast and lover of good products launched into the CRIOLLOS CHOCOLATIER adventure in October 2019 after working with major chocolatiers in France and Switzerland.

Always looking for a delicate balance of flavors , he uses refined ingredients in his preparations, unearthed from producers recognized for the quality of their products. As a member of the “Club of Committed Chocolatiers”, the chocolatier is committed to this label alongside cocoa producers to offer choice chocolate, of impeccable quality , and at the right remunerative price for the cooperatives .

You will discover the multiple flavors of chocolate: the finesse and subtlety of homemade chocolate bars and candies made from cocoa of varied origins and selected by you . Several sizes of boxes are available to you with a range of 28 chocolates to taste.

The Rochelais chocolatier also received the "mastery award" last October-a distinction which places him among the 10 new French talents - by the prestigious "Guide des Croqueurs de chocolats" (book listing the best chocolatiers in France).
