The Le Corre family, oyster farmers from father to son since 1966, is the story of a passion for the profession and a love for the Île de Ré.
You can meet us all year round on our farm and share with us the great moments of production, from collection to spat breeding, including bagging, brewing... A nice walk in some of our concessions.
Our shop in the port of La Flotte-en-Ré is open every day of the year. And if you are not on the island, we deliver in France within 24 to 48 hours, but also worldwide.
And between April 1 and November 12, savor our oysters, our famous mussels in papillotes and other seafood, in our oyster hut, facing the sea. Real moments of pleasure for lunch, dinner, spending the afternoon , unless you want to book it for an event with family or friends.
