Shop - Le Corre Oysters Oyster farm shop, passed down from father to son, in La Flotte

The Le Corre family, oyster farmers from father to son since 1966, is the story of a passion for a profession and a love for the island of Ré.

You can meet us all year round on our farm and share with us the great moments of production, from collecting to raising the spat, including bagging, mixing... A lovely stroll through some of our concessions on the Île de Ré.

Our shop in the port of La Flotte-en-Ré is open every day of the year. And if you're not on the island, we deliver within France in 24 to 48 hours, as well as worldwide.

Between April 1st and November 12th, savor our oysters, our famous mussels en papillote, and other seafood in our oyster shack, overlooking the sea. Truly delightful moments for lunch, dinner, or an afternoon, unless you'd like to reserve it for a family or friends' event.
