The Le Corre family, oyster farmers from father to son since 1966, is the story of a passion for a profession and a love for the Isle of Ré.

You can meet us all year round on our farm and share with us the highlights of production, from the capture to the breeding of the spat, including bagging, brewing, etc. A lovely stroll through some of our Rétais concessions.

Our shop at the port of La Flotte-en-Ré is open every day of the year. And if you are not on the island, we deliver in France within 24 to 48 hours, but also worldwide.

Between April 1 and November 12, enjoy our oysters, our famous mussels in papillotes and other seafood in our oyster hut, facing the sea. Real moments of pleasure for lunch, dinner, spending the afternoon, unless you want to reserve it for an event with family or friends.
