The Le Corre family , oyster farmers from father to son since 1966 , is the story of a passion for their profession and a love for the Île de Ré .

You can meet us all year round on our farm and share with us the great moments of production, from catching to spat rearing, including bagging, brewing... A lovely stroll through some of our Retais concessions.

Our store at the port of La Flotte-en-Ré is open every day of the year. And if you are not on the island, we deliver in France within 24 to 48 hours, but also throughout the world.

And between April 1 and November 12, enjoy our oysters, our famous mussels in foil and other seafood, in our oyster cabin, facing the sea. Real pleasure moments for lunch, dinner, and an afternoon. , unless you want to reserve it for an event with family or friends.
