A bright, spacious and quiet rental property, in the middle of a vineyard

Enjoy a great holiday in this 110 m2 accommodation with 3 large bedrooms (3 double beds + 1 single bed in one of the bedrooms and 1 wooden baby cot in another) which each have their own bathroom (shower, washbasin unit and WC), a large comfortable living room, lounge with two sofas (one of which converts into a double bed) with television and a small library with books, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer compartment...).

Baby equipment is available if needed (baby bed with mattress, high chair, changing table, bath).

In the summer, enjoy a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The " garden " covers several hectares... since you are located on a vineyard. There will be no other tenants or neighbors nearby except for rabbits, pheasants, partridges, flocks of swans, and sometimes wild boars and deer... A large swing set is available for children in the garden.

The rental is very well insulated (insulated PVC windows and front door with double glazing) and well heated with central heating for the winter... Otherwise, we always have a nice glass of cognac for those who get cold easily!
