  We were very disappointed by this campsite, which absolutely does not deserve its 4 stars. Everything is dilapidated, sad, with no activities, with only a swimming pool... but it's constantly closed! We had to ask every time for it to open, and often no one was reachable. We chose this campsite for that, and it was a lie: the advertisement stated Wi-Fi and television, but there weren't any (I have the proof). Many other campers told us they had the same impression. The welcome needs to be improved: the owner is friendly and approachable, but the owner is incredibly dishonest, unfriendly, and even disrespectful (she leaves a conversation in the middle). Finally, this campsite is mainly made up of permanent mobile home owners who think they're "at home" and impose their own rules, which is very unpleasant for passing vacationers. The mobile homes were so close together that we could hear people in the toilets or talking, etc. It felt like they were in the mobile home with us, my mobile home was so close to another one. It was very awkward. Contrary to what the owner claims, it's shameful to say that we damaged the mobile home. Nothing was damaged. We washed it really well. We cleaned all the tiles, cleaned all the walls, and washed everything thoroughly. We returned it damaged. Obviously, if we had returned it damaged, we wouldn't have received our check. It's defamatory. Regarding the owners in the campsite, it's not at all the same atmosphere as a campsite with only tourists, so people have the right to know, it's very clannish. To say that 30 minutes facing a wall is ridiculous. I showed it to the owner, and she didn't even speak to me directly and went off in the middle of a conversation, calling me a liar, even though I had proof that the ad was false. Regarding the four-star rating, I'll personally check with the companies. Who gives the stars to provide supporting evidence. Regarding the undeclared dogs, that's also misleading. You received two emails from me before my arrival, clearly stating that I have two. Online, you can only add one dog, and when we came to pay, I clearly indicated that I had two dogs. We thought it was included, but you made us pay. We have no debt. However, you didn't show it on the invoice, even though we have proof from the bank; we paid you for my second dog. You give your customers false invoices. In summary: an old, poorly maintained campsite, a disastrous welcome, and deceptive services. Absolutely avoid. Take a good look at the other comments from other customers who complain. And look at how the person responds to each message; it's clear the owner's bad faith.
