  When a dream vacation ends in a nightmare A more than disappointing campsite. On the seafront, a 10-minute walk away 🤯, with a jacuzzi allowed from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., no swimming trunks, but above all, with privacy everywhere 🤦‍♀️ To avoid making a mistake, we called to reserve a mobile home with three bedrooms and a jacuzzi. Once we arrived, we found ourselves with a mobile home with only two bedrooms, even though we were three adults and two children. The manager told us he'd see if there were any other mobile homes. He came back and explained that there were, but that they had been put into winter storage. It would take a day to repair them, and he didn't want to bother at the end of the season. However, he confirmed that the reservation had indeed been made by phone. Zero customer service. "You can always look elsewhere, but we're the best in the area." Unable to admit their mistake. Anyone can make a mistake, but the least they can do is apologize. The result: a ruined vacation, having to camp with a bed in the living room, in a so-called luxury mobile home. It's unacceptable. Even by phone, we can't trust them. Their only excuse: "You received a summary email." The manager makes no effort. Clearly, he doesn't care. We end up with a jacuzzi and three mobile homes overlooking us. Don't trust the app either. "Oh, but the app is messed up," said the person who checked us in. The icing on the cake: in the morning, we get up, want to wash, and unpleasant surprise... no hot water. Result: we have to move out of our mobile home in the rain. "We're sorry, but we're not responsible for breakdowns; they happen without warning." The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. I've attached the photos as proof. We had only booked for three nights and four days, in a luxury mobile home. A year's savings reduced to nothing. I find this unacceptable. Finally, a manager came back to see us to offer us a refund for one night... on the condition that we sign an agreement to remove our review and not publish any other negative ones. We preferred to raise the alarm rather than be reimbursed.

  A disgrace, a 5-star hotel that doesn't even have a PMR mobile home. Yet these days it's mandatory for all campsites.
