For the third consecutive season, Le Boutique Hôtels Collection has entrusted Meilleur Ouvrier de France chef David Boyer with the creation of the menu for the gourmet restaurant La Table du Grand Large. He knows the place well, having been its chef in 2011, before working alongside Anne-Sophie Pic and being awarded a Michelin star in 2014, then being named Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2023.
