    • The GINGER restaurant is the realization of a dream, that of long-time friends working together, pooling their desires, their passions, their values and their experience.

      The team of La Boussole and Iséo teamed up with Chef Carlos Foito to create a place that resembles them. It was by sharing the tables of great Chefs in France, Switzerland, Portugal or Hong Kong as well as the benches of street eateries or Thai market stalls that the idea of GINGER was born…

      Having moved into gastronomy through passion about ten years ago, he learned the ropes at Lenôtre and Joël Robuchon. His positions in luxury hotels in Switzerland, notably with Michel Roth at the “Président Wilson” in Geneva, have given him a sure and demanding hand.

    Everything was delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes were flavorful, the portions were generous... nothing to complain about. The waitress was very friendly. If you're still hesitating, don't wait any longer, go for it!!

    It was absolutely incredible! It was so good, it felt so good! The staff are top-notch and remain professional even when there are unpleasant customers; honestly, kudos for their patience and kudos for everything.
