Having moved into gastronomy through passion about ten years ago, he learned the ropes at Lenôtre and Joël Robuchon. His positions in luxury hotels in Switzerland, notably with Michel Roth at the “Président Wilson” in Geneva, have given him a sure and demanding hand.
