Fragment Bistronomic restaurant in Rochefort, homemade and local cuisine

At 21 rue Cochon Duvivier, in the heart of Rochefort, a dream has come true: that of Pierre and Marine, two passionate food and hospitality enthusiasts. Together, they have opened their very first bistronomic restaurant, a human-scale establishment, sincere and welcoming, where the generosity of a bistro meets the exacting standards of fine dining. Alongside them, Antoine, a loyal friend and attentive waiter, completes this trio, driven by a shared desire to provide excellent service.

The restaurant can accommodate up to 30 diners inside and 20 on the terrace, in a friendly setting ideal for both leisurely lunches and private events. Open every day except Sunday and Monday evenings, it offers seasonal cuisine, entirely homemade, prepared with fresh, French, and local produce.

Every lunchtime, from Monday to Saturday, a daily menu changes according to the market's inspiration. In addition, two à la carte menus, updated every three months, invite guests to discover inventive, authentic cuisine that respects the ingredients.

Local producers and partners are at the heart of the project : Cavavin, À la Maud de Chez Nous, Laiterie Gilbert, Le Petit Moussaillon, and many others enrich the plates with a true regional identity.

This place is not just a restaurant: it is a human adventure, carried by three friends and artisans of taste, who have made their common passion a place to live where people come as much to eat well as to feel good.
