Fragment Bistronomic restaurant in Rochefort, home-style and local cuisine

At 21 rue Cochon Duvivier, in the heart of Rochefort, a first dream came to life: that of Pierre and Marine, two passionate about cooking and hospitality. Together, they opened their very first bistronomic restaurant, a place on a human scale, sincere and warm, where the generosity of the bistro meets the demands of gastronomy. At their side, Antoine, a loyal friend and attentive waiter, completes this trio driven by the common desire to welcome guests well.

The restaurant can accommodate up to 30 guests indoors and 20 on the terrace, in a friendly setting, suitable for both leisurely lunches and private events. Open every day except Sunday and Monday evening, it offers seasonal cuisine, entirely homemade, made from fresh, French and local produce.

Every lunchtime, from Monday to Saturday, a daily menu changes daily based on market inspiration. In parallel, two à la carte menus, updated every three months, invite guests to discover inventive, authentic, and environmentally friendly cuisine.

Local producers and partners are at the heart of the project : Cavavin, À la Maud de Chez Nous, Laiterie Gilbert, Le Petit Moussaillon, and many others enrich the plates with a true regional identity.

This place is not just a restaurant: it is a human adventure, carried by three friends and artisans of taste, who have made their shared passion a place where people come as much to eat well as to feel good.
