For 3 generations now, Thomas has been offering quality oysters, fine and special, in the pure local tradition.

We sell our production to catering professionals and especially individuals through weekly markets (La Rochelle region).

We also welcome you every summer in our bar at Oysters "Le Mollin" located in our establishment in Bourcefranc where you can enjoy on the spot, facing the sea!

Finally, we offer a home-scale service to bring an iodized touch to all your private functions.
