A very peaceful place with a magnificent view, the room is very comfortable and the welcome is very friendly and attentive. The beach is beautiful and right in front of the hotel. It's a place where you can truly relax and recharge.

UNWORTHY OF A 5-STAR PRODUCT!!! OUTRAGEOUS We started with the complete absence of valet parking, contrary to the description and the on-site signage. Then there was an unpaved and dusty road leading to the parking lot. Arriving at the "Jacuzzi Suite" was extremely disappointing: a tiny, dark room with a ceiling so low you could touch it with your hand... basically a cave. A mini-fridge placed directly on the floor at the entrance, no furniture to put luggage on, and only 8 hangers on a 40 cm wardrobe!!! We had to spread our belongings out on the seats... a simple sink with a handheld magnifying mirror, and finally, a spring mattress worthy of a Formula 1 hotel. We stepped out onto the tiny terrace with a 40-degree Jacuzzi and worn-out furniture without any mattresses. A slatted screen separated us from the neighbors, whom we could hear as if they were right next to us. A simple glance at the facade (photos, of course, are absent from the website) reveals a building worthy of a company holiday resort. What we couldn't hear were our mobile phone calls, as there was simply no signal in the room, neither Orange nor SFR... The dreadful experience continued with the so-called Roof Top... which is nothing more than a small, cobbled-together section of roof accessible by an external metal fire escape! The Corbusier architectural label has added nothing aesthetically, resulting in a cold, industrial building whose white paint and a few attempts at decoration do nothing to salvage its appearance as a crude, charmless concrete construction in the middle of the dunes. Only a few rooms on the upper floors might offer a view; for the rest, you're buried behind a dune and hedges with no perspective whatsoever. Lunch was just like everything else: chaotic seating, no table service, you're left to fend for yourself as if you were in a holiday club. The food was piled up over two lengths, with some fresh food not chilled, the staff were friendly but not very competent, resulting in missing products, tables not cleared, and to top it all off, a large dog wandering through the breakfast service. We encountered other dogs in the hallways and on our terrace, then were treated to the evening barking... On the second day, we were without toilet paper and water. I called reception, and they shamelessly replied, "Oh no, we only add water every three days." At €700 a night... I admit I checked to see if there was a hidden camera, thinking it was a joke. I won't even mention the bath towels left haphazardly on the terrace chairs, the incredibly complicated TV setup, or the electric bike storage area flooded every morning by the sprinklers... In short... let's just say we narrowly avoided their "famous restaurant" by taking the precaution of reading the Google reviews that same evening, which were as appalling as, or rather, as low as, the rest of the experience. The same goes for the spa treatments, which were noisy and offered in close proximity to the pool area, and there were no couples' services available. The staff does what they can, but you can feel the complete lack of management or responsible oversight. This establishment, which belongs to the LBHC group, is primarily focused on profitability, as can be read in an article in the Journal des Entreprises dated February 13, 2024. Of course, we won't receive any customer satisfaction surveys, which speaks volumes about the management of this "pseudo 5-star" establishment. This is precisely what motivated me to publish this review. Finally, I will conclude that in 40 years of travel, we have never encountered such mediocrity. We hope this article will prevent other consumers from spending money that in no way reflects the advertised service. We felt like we were completely ripped off (I'm waiting to read the manager's response; if necessary, I will add some nice photos to my review...).
