    So I'd say very good. I had an accident, not on my bike, but I couldn't return it. They came and got it for me, which was great, very good service. What I find unfortunate, and this isn't unique to them, is that now they have electric bikes, and I think that's a shame because they kind of spoil our rides on the bike paths by riding recklessly. Some people don't know how to use them and cause falls, which isn't great when you're on vacation and you don't need an electric bike. That's just my personal opinion, shared by quite a few people on the island. ☺️
