    • The Gillardeau Boutique, located at the foot of the Oléron viaduct, offers both the sale of Maison Gillardeau oysters and other gourmet products, as well as the possibility of tasting oysters and seafood — all year round on site or via a vending machine accessible 24 hours a day.

      Opening hours : 11am/3:30pm in season and 11am/2:30pm off-season.
