This chocolatier recently singlehandedly transformed my idea not only of chocolate, but also the capacity food has to bring deep, ecstatic pleasure. If you have dietary requirements, you can find extraordinary chocolate made without dairy, as well as cakes and ice cream dairy & gluten-free. The owners are very environmentally conscious and use reusable glass for drinks and ice cream. We were in a rush needing to travel on, but wanted to buy an ice cream, so the owner was very kind to let us take the little glass - which is now repurposed as a tea light holder in Australia. There is a pretty room opposite the shop (at time of writing) where you can sit in or outside and enjoy drinks and food in a nice environment. It’s novel to have the business split into a welcoming kitchen/shop on one side and pretty cafe area across the lane. The creator and staff are very friendly and cheerful. It’s obvious from their joy that they are living their passion. I had a chocolate cake which tasted like it was from another dimension. They use cocoa butter in their recipe from memory, and the taste and texture were divine. I loved the pistachio ice cream, which is a good choice if you like things less sweet. Thanks very much for your kindness and it was beautiful to witness you doing everything from your heart.

Great chocolates, ice cream and drinks. And all of it vegan 😍
