Montauzier - Salt & Products from the Oléron marshes Discover traditional know-how in Château-d'Oléron

At the entrance to the island of Oléron in Château-d'Oléron, Bernard Montauzier invites you to discover his salt marsh and his traditional know-how.

You will find his wife Sophie in their old black and yellow oyster shack on the port.

She will introduce you to the products of their marsh : sea salt, fleur de sel, flavored salts, and also samphire, prawns and oysters.

All their products are certified organic (AB).
