Family business from father to son since 1937, Maison Margat invites you to stop for a break in its establishment to discover its production of oysters and mussels reared from A to Z in Fouras. A know-how transmitted for 5 generations.
Alone
shellfish farmers in the area it is possible to buy these products and other seafood (trays to order) at retail and/or taste them in an idyllic setting in the tasting area provided. Authenticity, friendliness and tranquility are the hallmarks of the House.
A la carte from April to October? An iodized cure: oysters, mussels and fries (in season), brown crab, prawns, gray prawns, whelks... All with your feet almost in the water!
