Montauzier - Oysters & Products from the Oléron marshes Aquaculture farm in Château-d'Oléron

Located in Château-d'Oléron in the south of the island not far from the colorful huts of the port, Bernard and Sophie work at sea and on their marsh while respecting their environment. Their productions are AB certified.

You can discover their oysters, samphire, salt, imperial shrimps and their preserves made with samphire (mustard, velouté, samphire in vinegar, etc.).

You can meet them all year round on the production site at their ROUTE d'ORS establishment in Château-d'Oléron.
