Founded more than 80 years ago in the heart of the Marennes-Oléron basin, Maison Lambert has been perpetuating for three generations an artisanal oyster farming know-how based on time, precision of gesture and transmission.

True to its roots while looking towards the future, Maison Lambert cultivates innovation to preserve the quality of its oysters and meet environmental challenges. Its operation covers 20 hectares of oyster beds, spread between the Marennes-Oléron basin and Paimpol, in Brittany, as well as 50 hectares of refining ponds, allowing it to offer a wide range of oysters with varied taste qualities.

Renowned for their consistency and character, its seven oyster ranges are now distributed in over 20 countries, while remaining deeply rooted in their local area through their five direct sales outlets. A family business that has been showcasing the excellence of oyster farming in Charente-Maritime for over eight decades.

• Tasting area on site : plates of oysters, prawns and whelks, served with bread, butter, lemon and white wine.
