Catastrophe, DON'T BOOK HERE!!! Worst Check-In experience ever! We were supposed to check in at 3pm, but there is no reception and the instructions for the key handover procedure are very bad. We waited at the meeting point when finally at 3:30pm someone of the staff showed up. However, we were not the only ones waiting, so when we finally were shown into our room it was already more than 1 hour later. But that's not the end of the story as the appartment hadn't been cleaned up yet. Only after our complaints they sent the cleaning staff. Finally at 5:30 the room was ready - 2.5h after check-in time. Such a bad service, not valueing the customers time at all. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO YOU!! I usually don't write reviews, but I'm just SO disappointed.

It is beautiful, new building, right next to the harbour, people are very friendly and helpful, nice garage for good cars, BUT equipment in the Kitchen is not too good, you hear your neighbours too much, wifi is very bad... Gabbage at -1 smells up into the lift... Better up these Things, then the price is good

Room reserved for PBLV security team; clean, spacious and very comfortable room. Quiet residence a more than pleasant and ideally located place. A friendly welcome with a dignified breakfast and always in a very cozy vaulted room. A place to recommend without hesitation.
