    • The La Rochelle residence is open year-round. It is located in the heart of the city, 200m from the port, the train station and the La Rochelle aquarium.

      It offers a heated indoor pool accessible daily. The apartments are fully equipped. Basic Wi-Fi is included.

      The service includes bed linen, towels, a cleaning kit, and end-of-stay cleaning except for the kitchen area.

      Breakfast, at an additional cost, can be taken in a dedicated area located next to the swimming pool.

      The residence has parking at an additional cost and by reservation only.
      A seminar room is available upon reservation for your events.

    Unbeatable value for money in November. The pool was very pleasant at the end of the day. If I return, I will definitely stay at this accommodation again. Thank you.

    The residence's location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance (train station, aquarium, towers, old town, shops, port). It's a shame the pool is under construction and the Wi-Fi is being upgraded.
