Le Fournil is a 210m² gîte with heated swimming pool, 4 stars for 12 people with 5 bedrooms, including 1 bedroom for 3 people on the ground floor, 4 shower rooms and 4 toilets, an enclosed garden of 1,650m² and a covered garage.

The bay windows open wide onto a 100m² terrace sheltered from the westerly winds. Combining modernity and practicality, it is very well equipped and can accommodate groups of up to 24/25 people.

In winter, beautiful fires in the wood stove will bring you together in the large 80m² living room.

It is located in a quiet hamlet in the pretty little medieval town of Surgères, close to shops and in a setting of biodiversity.

With our experience in welcoming disabled people, it has been designed to be very comfortable and pleasant for everyone, including people with reduced mobility, visual, hearing or mental impairments.
