This single-storey cottage for 8 people with its enclosed garden is ideal for a stay in Charente-Maritime, with family or with disabled people. It has a large living room, three bedrooms for a total of seven beds (6 single beds and 1 double bed), two shower rooms, two toilets.

The layout of the rooms is very flexible to best satisfy you. Pleasant in all seasons, its large bay windows open the 50m² living-dining room onto a 70m² terrace. The size of the living room allows groups of up to 20-25 people to be received. They allow you to enjoy the first ray of sunshine on sunny days and its warmth in winter.

In summer, the shaded canvas helps keep the cottage cool and becomes the guardian of your moments of conviviality. The garden furniture and deckchairs invite you to relax. Boules pitch opposite the cottage, bring your pétanque equipment!

You have free internet access secured by WIFI and a large flat screen TV.

Children are welcome. Baby equipment available on request : high chair, travel cot, changing mat, bathtub, deckchair.

The cottage is open all year round and we are delighted to welcome you for tailor-made stays outside of school holidays.

For large gatherings, the La Grange gîte is twinned with the La Fermette gîte to accommodate groups of 18 to 20 people.
