La Fermette - 3 stars Sleeping in a 3-star gîte in Surgères

La Fermette is a large 3-star gîte for 9 to 12 people with 5 bedrooms. On two levels, with an enclosed and wooded garden of 600 m², this gîte is suitable for families with or without children, groups of friends or people with hearing or mental disabilities. You have free secure WIFI internet access and a large flat-screen TV.

On the ground floor, there are two living rooms, the dining room and the kitchen, a laundry room-cellar, a shower room with WC and two bedrooms, one equipped with a 160x200cm bed and a baby bed, the other with a single bed.

Upstairs, there are three independent bedrooms, a bathroom with two sinks and a separate toilet. The first double bedroom has its shower and sink, the second is a room that can accommodate 3 people, the third bedroom is a double room. Boules pitch nearby, bring your pétanque equipment!

The garden is enclosed and planted with trees. A large patio, protected from the west winds and open to the morning sun with garden furniture, welcomes you for all your outdoor moments. A swing and a ping-pong table await your wild games for the happiness of young and old. Depending on the season, you will find cherries or figs, flowers of all kinds, and in all seasons, thyme and bay leaf for gourmets.

Children are welcome. Baby equipment available on request : high chair, travel cot, changing mat, bathtub, deckchair and stair gates.

The cottage is open all year round and stays are à la carte outside of school holidays.

For larger gatherings, the La Fermette gîte is twinned with the La Grange gîte for groups of 20 people or with the Le Relais and La Grange gîtes to accommodate groups of 23 to 25 people.
