  Beautiful setting and good location. Friendly welcome from the staff. Clean and well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, large towels in the bathroom. The only negative point was the lack of soundproofing; I could feel drafts. I would return, but at a different time of year.

  We were fortunate enough to stay in the Arsenal Royal residence to lead a cooking class for one of our clients. Our clients were delighted, and so were we. The venue was immaculate, and Stéphane gave us a warm welcome. Everything was exactly as we had been told beforehand. We will gladly return for future corporate groups, individuals, or hen parties. See you soon!

  During a 5-day seminar in this apartment hotel, I noticed a lot of constraints on a daily basis, already no 5g or 4g network, mandatory wifi from the residence inside... we had a T4 on the ground floor, overlooking the street with 2 bathrooms, no possibility of ventilation without absence the tilt and turn does not exist, heritage monument requires wooden windows therefore not suitable. 1 bathroom is blind no opening to the outside, strong smell of humidity. No inventory on arrival or departure, the family who preceded our arrival had damaged the Venetian blinds in the bedrooms, not replaced. Knowing that the residence is secure, badge required at all doors except that we only had one badge for 3! Answer lost by the previous tenants... however a door leading to the outside does not lock at all, remains open to any malicious intrusion. I do not recommend it, the setting is nicely restored but the furnished accommodation is a labyrinth...the original buildings have been respected but the stairs and half elevators are tedious to use...accessible for people with reduced mobility, complicated at least in the part we occupied, building F. On the other hand, it is well located.
