Cèpe beach, La Tremblade The Beaches of Charente Maritime in La Tremblade

In Ronce Les Bains, the seaside resort of La Tremblade, the beach of Cèpe is wild, on the edge of the dune and the forest of La Coubre. You can get there on foot from the city center, after a short walk. In summer the atmosphere is good with restaurants along the coast, less waves than on the other beaches in the region, but you still cannot swim at low tide, remember to consult the tide schedules before come. The beach is not supervised.
