  The experience could have been a resounding success if, at the end of the third course (right at the top!), a young girl hadn't been stuck for over an hour because she didn't dare jump, which is the only way to get back down and finish the course! I'm not criticizing the girl, but the deplorable organization of the staff who left her panicking for over an hour, 30 meters up in the air! And meanwhile, all the other participants were stuck on the platforms waiting for someone to intervene, including my 10-year-old son in the blazing sun and wind… so be aware that the freefall jump at the end of the third course is the only way to get down, and if you ultimately decide not to jump, no other option will be offered. In the end, my son and my partner didn't have time to do another run, however, no apology was offered to us, "everything was fine" according to the staff, and given their reaction time to manage the situation, I wouldn't wish anyone to faint up there... in short, super disappointed!

  Pleasant routes, friendly and helpful staff. A unique activity. One small drawback: it gets a bit crowded when it's busy.
