A last-minute discovery of this honey farm! The friendly lady who offered tastings rekindled my love for honey, and my favorite is the spring honey. It's so interesting to taste them all and listen to the woman in her little apron talk. Thank you so much! Back in Touraine with a few different jars and an assortment of exquisite little cakes, I truly appreciated the delicately sweet taste of the honey.
