Located on the site of the Corderie Royale in Rochefort, our restaurant welcomes you to a peaceful setting. Breathe in the fresh air of the Charente riverbanks on the terrace, or admire the bucolic panorama through the glass roof. Our bistronomic cuisine, showcasing the treasures of the region and French gastronomy, will delight your palate.

Take a seat at one of the tables along the magnificent glass roof. Watch the strollers beneath the tall trees on the riverbank, or gaze out over the vast park surrounding the historic Royal Rope Factory of Rochefort. Our menu showcases the finest local produce : Pineau des Charentes, cheeses from La Vache Charentaise, vegetables from the Brouage farm, and natural oysters from the Marine d'Artouan farm. Even closer to home, herbs from our own kitchen garden flavor each of our dishes. The restaurant is one of the few to offer Jonchée Jarnan, the quintessential fresh cheese of the Rochefort region, whose production method dates back to the Middle Ages.

Our chef goes the extra mile, with meticulous presentation. On sunny days, relax on the shaded terrace and discover the flavors of this week's cocktail.
