A family restaurant since 2005, now run by Marie-Pierre and Romain, Le Carrelet invites you to discover and rediscover seafood in all its forms. Only fresh, homemade products are on the menu.
You can enjoy a seafood platter prepared by a passionate oyster seller who is used to regional competitions.
Marennes-Oléron oysters, crabs, langoustines, whelks, periwinkles, pink shrimp, brown shrimp, and even giant shrimp are all available. You can even create your own platter. No hesitation, no waste, just pure pleasure!
Fresh fish arrives daily, and there's something for everyone. From raw fish tartare to grilled on the griddle, to salt-cooked fish, the choice is endless. Tuna, sea bream, sea bass, meagre, sturgeon, and Aquitaine caviar await you.
The menu also offers grilled meat with homemade fries, and a children's menu.
And to round off the meal, profiteroles, coffee-Cognac mousse, iced lemon-basil tart and many other delicacies await you.
